Each candidate has two rankings in the system (ISJD-Industry Specific Job Description Ranking and LMJD-U.S. Labor Market Job Description Ranking). The ranking system will force candidates in the job market to increase their employment abilities at all levels, thus creating a maximum standard, if candidates desire to be highly competitive to the most sought after and highest paid jobs in America. 


Modeled after professional sports draft systems, labor industry employment candidates will be ranked in order of top pick to the lowest pick in the draft. Rankings will have a salary base-point associated with the level of ranking, with market scalability. The LIVE DRAFT process will be designed to produce precisely what professional sports drafts produces - a maximum standard in job performance. Top ranked candidates will receive the best employment contracts, and poor performers will feel the pressure of the LIVE DRAFT. If an employee is under-performing, their company or organization can access the LIVE DRAFT for a replacement. This process will create a maximum standard in the global job market.

In professional sports, a franchise has the ability to consider an athlete's output potential before drafting or signing the athlete. 


An athlete's yield is presented by the average number of points scored, rebounds, blocked shots, stolen bases, home runs, catches, touchdowns, etc. that the athlete accumulates over time. But how are the yields of employees in other labor markets presented? They really aren't, at least not in tangible terms such as home runs or three point shots. TTMG created the PRILY Index as the very system that presents the potential labor yield (average points per game-sport equivalent) an employer can expect from a job candidate. This is an innovative approach to making hiring decisions. Instead of relying on the antiquated hiring process of reviewing AI generated resumes and evaluating answers to 10 interview questions, the LIVE DRAFT ranking (indexing) system is a more demonstrative manner of presenting candidates with a greater predictibility of who is the best candidate for the job, based on their national ranking and their PRILY Index. 


How Does All This Really Work?


Candidates for an executive job position are subjected to a 20-points evaluation process, with each data point entered into a data science engineered algorith that ranks each candidate by industry and job classification. The candidates then complete a 125 questions questionnaire that is designed to determine potential labor yield (output) in key performance indicators of leadership skills, business operations management, critical thinking ability, overall business acumen, and financial management abilities. The 125 question questionnaire creates the PRILY Index. This allows each candidate to be presented and considered in reference to their candidate ranking and the PRILY Index. This process was designed to give companies a better opportunity of selecting the righ person for the right job at the right time. In this process, the best talent is hired, creating workplace cultures of excellence, while designing the future of work in all labor industries globally.



Components of the LIVE DRAFT

1. LIVE DRAFT is supported by data science engineering, a powerful database mainframe of historical 20-points employment data and a sophisticated algorithm to create a reliable and proven employment job classification ranking system that indexes each candidate.

2. LIVE DRAFT is a Computer Application – APP, accessible 24 hours a day.

3. LIVE DRAFT will mirror the NFL DRAFT platform, insomuch as the LIVE DRAFT will rank candidates based on Key Performance Indicators-KPI’s that allow employers to confidentially fill vacancies with the right candidates in the right positions at the right time to ensure maximum effectiveness in organizational performance.

4. Employers participate as members in the LIVE DRAFT. Annual memberships are offered to participating companies.

5. Candidates will pay to participate in the LIVE DRAFT and receive a ranking.

6. Executive candidates will have the option to be represented by an Employment Agency

7. LIVE DRAFT will maintain live, up-to-date rankings of all candidates in the DRAFT.

8. LIVE DRAFT will be available 365 days out of the year for employers and candidates.

9. An annual LIVE DRAFT DAY will be held as well, including high-visibility specific labor industry marketing (example: Healthcare Industry LIVE DRAFT DAY).

10. The LIVE DRAFT platform will be web-based as well, supported by a website.

11. LIVE DRAFT will not interface with any other job seeker website platforms.

12. LIVE DRAFT will offer opportunities for organizations' and individual's periodical memberships and/or specific event participation (such as Industry Specific LIVE DRAFT DAY, i.e. Hospitality Industry LIVE DRAFT DAY).
